Character Design

Here is the titular, Jason Dempster, of Alex Schulman's, "Jason Dempster's Sword Reviews."

Since the images were being used to pitch the concept, I had to convey character and story quickly in only a few poses.

Poster Design

Comedian, Courtney O'Donnell, commissioned this piece for an upcoming comedy show. Her references were classic painted Sci-Fi posters, such as the iconic "Barberella" poster.

Character Design

For ENBE's animated film, Chameleon Boy, they wanted illustrations for the poster of the title character in a different style.

Below is how the character appears within the film, and to the left are my interpretations of the character. To follow the theme of the film I paired different colors with different emotive moments for the main character.

Sticker Design

Varilone Construction wanted a fun set of stickers to promote their company. I wanted to highlight the integrity of the company, along with the ruggedness of construction. Additionally, if local kids get one of these stickers, I wanted there to be a drawn feeling so that it wouldn't feel out of place next to their other toys.

In short, they had to be cool.

Logo Design

Musician, Kat Kennedy, wanted a new logo to represent her brand. She wanted a simple logo that spoke to her love of nature. Calling her community "The Forest" quickly defined the image for me.

With a forest, mountain, and the night sky, I used a circle to pull the imagery together into a tight graphic. Using  imperfect lines and impressionistic illustration, this logo is clean and clear, without losing a sense of human touch.
